When she was about tweleve years old, Sakura got an illness that was caused by the U.M.N as her mother said. She was being treated for it at the Yuriev Institute where Dimitri Yuriev thought her illness was something that involved U-DO. There she met Albedo, Nigredo and Rubedo, it was also the start of her first love, Rubedo. But there was someone else...
Death:
No one killed Sakura but she sacrficed herself for Albedo.
One day, Rubedo, Nigredo and Albedo with Citrine (I'm pretty sure she was there) and a bunch of other u.r.t.vs. They were close to the beach, ready to go when U-DO infected some of the U.R.T.Vs, making them attack the others. Rubedo and Nigredo fought them off and Albedo and Sakura ran down to the beach, to cure her illness and end it all. But what they didn't expect is an infected U.R.T.V to follow them and attack Albedo. Not aware of his powers, Sakura jumped in front of the attack, protecting Albedo. After that she 'died' and Albedo tried to wake her up. Knowing that if Rubedo found out about it, that he would be hurt but soon he became jealous of Sakura because she got the gift of dying while he was still living so he told his brother that he killed Sakura.
After 'dying' Sakura woke up from her illness so of course in her world she was dead because she wasn't there anymore. But so people wouldn't wonder, Sakura dressed a Kirschwasser up to look like her and got it to shoot herself in her head, basically telling it to kill herself. After that, Sakura became dead in everyone else’s eyes, the ones who didn't know the reason of her true 'death.' The kirschwasser did this in front of Sakura’s mother so everyone thought she killed herself.
Life after Death:
Sakura lived on Second Milita by herself at the age of thirteen, she stayed there for fourteen years and never got that great of an education but she had a so/so paying job that helped her buy food and clothes. To everyone around her then, she was still known as Sakura, but she never told anyone about being related to the 'Madman Mizrahi'. During that time she made a few trusting friends but they didn't know Sakura's past only that she was an orphan they found out about this school and at twenty six forced Sakura to come.
